Contact hello@rooqi.ai with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and steps to reproduce. Please omit private conversations and credentials.
- Enable RooQi Keyboard in iOS Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard. Hold the globe key in a text field to select it.
- Basic Chinese and English typing works without Full Access. Text is drafted inside the keyboard; tap the original or translated row to insert it into the current field.
- Tap the Chinese/English key to switch; hold it to choose English, full Pinyin or nine-key Pinyin.
- Prepare Apple language resources in the app before translating. Keyboard translation on iOS 18, speech playback and voice-draft import require Full Access.
- Record only in the main app. Check the result, choose “Use in keyboard”, then return to the keyboard and tap its microphone to import within 10 minutes.
Backspace first deletes composition, then the internal draft, and finally text in the host field when both are empty. Secure fields and apps that disable third-party keyboards use the system keyboard. RooQi never automatically sends a message or submits a form.
