1. 我们处理哪些信息

App 在本机处理你主动输入的文字、译文和语音识别结果，不将这些内容或录音发送给开发者服务器。没有账号、广告、行为统计 SDK 或云端聊天历史，也不读取通讯录或剪贴板。中文输入使用公共词库，不建立个人选词历史。

2. 翻译、语音与系统服务

翻译使用 Apple Translation 和已安装的苹果语言资源。首次下载或准备语言资源需要联网，由苹果系统处理。语音转文字只在支持本机识别时启动，并明确要求本机识别；失败时不会改用云端识别。声音播放使用系统语音合成。系统服务的处理规则另见苹果隐私政策。

3. 权限由你选择

基础中文、英文输入不需要完全访问。iOS 18 键盘翻译、键盘朗读和导入语音草稿需要完全访问；该权限不会被用于上传输入。麦克风及语音识别权限仅在你主动开始录音后申请。键盘本身不能直接录音，请在主 App 中使用语音转文字。你可以在系统设置撤销这些权限，继续使用基础输入。

4. 本机保存与删除

• 普通键盘草稿默认只在键盘进程的内存中保留，包括用于手动取回的上一句。进程结束后可能丢失。
• 可选的“恢复一份未完成草稿”默认关闭。开启后在键盘自身保存一份受保护的恢复文件，24 小时有效，排除备份；关闭后下次唤起键盘清除。不自动重新发送或插入。
• 在主 App 核对后点“用于键盘”，会在 App 与键盘共享空间保存一份受文件保护、排除备份的待导入文字。10 分钟后不可再导入，并在下一次访问时删除；成功导入后删除共享副本。可在语音页面主动删除。
• 不保存录音文件。录音停止、离开页面、进入后台或发生音频中断时停止采集；单次录音最长约 55 秒。
• 语言、布局、声线、语速及引导设置保存在本机。卸载 App 会移除其本机数据，苹果语言资源由 iOS 管理。

5. 当前输入框与其他 App

只有你主动点原文或译文后，文字才交给当前输入框，随后由接收文字的 App 按其规则处理。RooQi Keyboard 不自动发送聊天消息或提交表单。

6. 联系支持

如果你发邮件给 hello@rooqi.ai，我们会收到你提供的邮箱、说明及附件，仅用于回应请求、排查问题及必要的记录保存。请不要提供密码、验证码或私人聊天记录；截图应先遮盖无关个人信息。你可以通过该邮箱申请查询、更正或删除你主动提供的支持资料，法律要求保留的情况除外。

7. 网页访问与政策更新

本支持网站不使用广告或行为分析脚本。网页托管服务可能为提供页面和安全防护处理 IP 地址、请求时间及浏览器信息；这与 App 的本机输入处理相互独立。政策更新会在本页标注日期；涉及新的数据用途或权限时，会按适用要求说明并征求同意。

On-device processing

The app processes typed text, translations and speech recognition results on your device. It does not send this content or audio to developer servers. There are no accounts, ads, analytics SDKs or cloud chat history. The app does not read your contacts or clipboard. Public Chinese dictionaries do not learn your personal word choices.

Apple services and permissions

Translation uses Apple Translation and installed Apple language resources. Initial resource preparation requires an internet connection and is managed by Apple. Speech recognition requires on-device support and never falls back to cloud recognition. Speech playback uses system voices. Apple's own services are subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Basic Chinese and English input works without Full Access. Keyboard translation on iOS 18, keyboard speech playback and voice-draft import require Full Access. This permission is not used to upload your input. Microphone and speech recognition permissions are requested only after you start recording in the containing app. You can revoke permissions in Settings and keep using basic typing.

Storage and deletion

Ordinary drafts and the previous sentence stay in keyboard process memory by default and may be lost when that process ends. Optional recovery is off by default; when enabled, one protected draft is saved in the keyboard container, excluded from backup, and is valid for 24 hours. Turning recovery off clears that file the next time the keyboard opens. Recovery never automatically inserts or sends text.

Choosing “Use in keyboard” saves one protected text transfer in the shared container, excluded from backup. It cannot be imported after 10 minutes and is deleted on the next access; successful import removes the shared copy. You can delete it from the voice screen. Audio is not saved to a recording file. Recording stops when you stop it, leave the screen, background the app, or audio is interrupted, and lasts at most approximately 55 seconds.

Language, layout, voice, speech-rate and onboarding preferences are stored locally. Uninstalling the app removes its local data; iOS manages Apple language resources.

Other apps and support

Tapping an original or translated row passes that text to the current text field. The receiving app then processes it under its own policies. RooQi Keyboard does not send messages or submit forms automatically.

Email support receives the address, description and attachments you choose to send, solely to respond, troubleshoot and retain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, verification codes or private conversations. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of support information, subject to legal retention obligations.

Website and changes

This site has no advertising or behavioral analytics scripts. Hosting services may process IP addresses, request times and browser information to serve and protect the website, separately from the app's local input processing. Policy updates are dated on this page. New data uses or permissions will be explained and consent requested where required.
